ViBeat Rules of Engagement

  • Advance payment of the fees is mandatory for all the students. Fees are non-refundable. You can interchange your class from Kathak to Bharatanatyam and vice versa.

  • All non-sufficient fund or declined and returned cheque, Visa, Mastercard or P.A.P will have a service charge of $25.00.

  • None of us like changes to the class schedule - we strive to maintain a proper schedule. However,If for any reason, we (ViBeat) have to cancel the class, a makeup class would be given with prior notice.

  • At ViBeat, we try to give a makeup class for missed ones, but we don’t promise. Please discuss your situation with the teacher beforehand. No refunds would be given for missed classes.

  • All communication regarding classes and performances would be done through email. Students and parents are requested to keep their eyes on email updates.

  • All the videos and pictures will be shared on Google drive. Everyone will have access by the time they are registered with ViBeat along with full payment for the particular term. The videos and pictures are copyrights of ViBeat and can not be shared without the permission of ViBeat's Owner.

  • Say Pranam/Namaste at the beginning and end of the class to greet your peers and the teacher

  • No one except the teacher would talk during class. Please be attentive during class.

  • We have a NO cellphone use policy during the class.

  • Respecting the privacy of other participants or teacher, taking pictures or videos during class is not allowed by students or parents.

  • We all want to make the best use of our time and dancing is fun. So,  no ins-outs during class. If you have to go out or come in, please do so without disturbing other students.

  • Be respectful to others by agreeing to maintain discipline at all times. No loud noises in the studio or while in the waiting area.

  • Students must be dressed properly (comfortable Tights, comfortable top not longer than the knee, short sleeves), tie up hair neatly.

  • Respect everyone's belongings. Students and parents are responsible for their belongings.

  • All students should be picked up within 10 minutes of the end of class.

  • Students are encouraged to bring their own water bottle during the class. No food is allowed during class.

  • For the safety of everyone attending, only students are allowed to enter the studio during the class
